Membership Information
The San Luis Obispo Employer Advisory Council (SLO EAC) is a regional organization under the umbrella of the California Employer Advisory Council (CEAC). The SLO EAC was developed to promote a stronger partnership between the California Employment Development Department (EDD) and the business community. It is composed of local employer volunteers representing a cross-section of business and industry who join with EDD staff to assist the employer community in conducting business more effectively and efficiently. The SLO EAC is one of more than 50 similar organizations throughout California.

Law & Conflict Resolution Hotline for EAC Members!
The Employer Hotline offers a call with an Attorney for up to 15 minutes per call at no charge to the member.
The hotline provides information on various topics such as; Disability Issues, Drug and Alcohol Policies, Harassment, Leaves of Absence, Meal and Rest Periods, Pregnancy Leave, Termination, Wage and Hour, and more!
